One of the most powerful things that we can ever teach young children is about God’s love. Here are five low-prep and easy-to-do object lessons to teach on the immaculate love of God.
1.) God's Everlasting/Endless Love for Me- " The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you."- Jeremiah 31:3

Activity: Invite children to help combine all of the listed substances together. Then, the liquid will seemingly flow endlessly or everlastingly. As it is flowing, talk to children about God’s everlasting love—how He does not stop loving us and how His love is not dependent on how good or bad our behavior is.

Materials Needed
Tablespoons Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Yeast
Food Coloring
Hydrogen Peroxide – Either 3% or 6%
Dish Soap
Empty Plastic Bottle
Funnel
2.) For God So Loved the World Craft- "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." -John 3:16

Activity: Read and discuss John 3:16. Afterward, children will paint a watercolor of the world map. Then, they will cut out a heart shape to paste onto the world. Lastly, they will write or glue the typed Scripture, John 3:16.
Materials
Paper plates
Watercolor Paint
Construction Paper
Optional: Typed Verse of John 3:16
Printable Map of World ( Check Canva for blank maps)
3.) Love in Action- Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. - 1 Corinthians 13:4-5
Help children understand what showing love looks like in action through the book Cheetah, Cheetah, Slow Down: A Story of Winning and Losing. A faith-filled story that playfully teaches young children the importance of humility, love, and the wisdom of Luke 6:31.

Help the Word of God stick to their hearts by coloring 1 Corinthians 13:4-5.
